  • The product will only be exchanged/returned if the product received is defected. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at [email protected] or calling us at

  • Please ship the items to be exchanged/returned to: ELORA by M ( 9-C TECH Society, Lahore.) Once we receive your package, we will dispatch your new items as soon as possible.
  • To exchange your product, you first need to mail your product to ELORA by M.
  • Exchange is not offered for international orders.
  • Washed, used or damaged outfits will not be exchanged.
  • Product purchased on sale can not be exchanged.
  • For Online payment orders, in case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
  • Exchange items will be returned and redelivered at customer’s cost.
